Many of the problems arising with vessel operation are being rooted to a not properly managed Port State Control Inspection. Recent Port State Control Concentrated Inspection Campaigns are focusing and maximising impact of several operational problems with respect to equipment, maintenance and the human element. Scope of this course is not only to inform but to prepare for market trends and provide key insights to a better understanding of the current and future regulatory regime.
