Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a key element of every Management System. All findings, deficiencies and Non Conformities should be analysed with respect to actual root cause in order to eliminate re-occurrence. In that respect the Root cause Analysis element is a critical one on every improvement effort. This workshop aims to not only present a fully stand alone simple Root Cause Analysis system but to provide the necessary guidelines for continual improvement as well.
