Tanker Management and Self Assessment (TMSA) is a guideline almost respected as a standard in the Tanker Management Sector. OCIMF has developed a set of guidelines for 12 key operational areas with respect to management systems. This workshop will provide a comprehensive understanding of the TMSA Guidelines along with practical implementation issues as well.
