Identification of Training Needs
This service may be initiated with an investigation of the existing gaps between capabilities and requirements. IBS team will develop a client and project specific checklist to investigate the subject, interview all related staff and review all the records in order to conclude and report to the management.

Development of Fleet Training Programs
IBS may develop and conduct intensive onboard and office training programs regarding all applicable regulations combined with client's Safety & Quality Management System. These programs provide company management with a better understanding of the processes, goals, problem areas, and ways for system improvements.
