View Demo The Requirements OCIMF’s Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA), contains guidelines addressing the continual improvement of tanker operations which is measured by the introduction of approx 250 performance indicators. Compliance with these requirements is mandatory to the tanker operators if they intend to carry cargo for any of the OCIMF’s member companies. Although TMSA looks like a standard for quality systems, it addresses issues beyond those required by the ISM Code, by describing the cycle of continuous improvement (Plan-Act-Measure-Improve Cycle) and contains 12 elements and their subparts, which form the substance of the TMSA. Each subpart contains stages of improvement progress and indicators for each of four stages. TMSA KPI Monitoring Tool
