Visit ships under management to conduct drills or training
Execute office internal audit (prior initial external audit of the Client)
Pre-assess existing EMS operation in place and prepare client for Class/Third Party Audit
Co-ordinate or be present during Class/Third Party Audit(s)
Manage project progress and co-ordinate the necessary implementation steps
