| PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED |
| During the recent years of ISM/ISO/ISPS and other management systems implementation the following key problems have been identified: |

| |  | Crew not familiar with key ISM/ISO aspects (ISM Familiarisation, company systems, DPA responsibilities etc) |
| |  | Crew Training not properly implemented (Drills not carried out, no training program, no videotape/alternative system in place etc. |
| |  | No implementation of key ISM/ISO items (No accidents, near misses, non conformities during operations, not proper corrective action applied etc) |
| |  | Regulations and statutory items follow up not effective (Certification items overdue, no consideration of regulation updates) |
| |  | No proper monitoring of ISM/ISO systems (Forms reporting from vessels, overdue maintenance items etc) |

| Services offered |
| We provide an ISM/ISO/ISPS support service that is fully tailored to each client's specific need. The support we provide includes the following items : |
| |  | Review existing Documented Management System to fully fit client needs in order to ensure proper ISM/ISO/ISPS code elements implementation. |
| |  | Development of initial systems for ISM /ISO/ISPS system introduction/implementation including familiarisation instructions for office and vessel and monitoring program. |
| |  | Continuous support during the agreement period which will include 24h/365 days full telephone / fax / mail support for all ISM/ISO/ISPS items. |
| |  | Support for the proper implementation of the ISM/ISO/ISPS system including Vessel reporting, analysis and follow up of N/Cs, incidents, near misses, drills etc. |
| |  | Visit the ships under management for familiarisation, training auditing and monitoring. All visits shall be followed by a confidential report. |
